Message to get a good idea. The main restriction to flow with sidemount intercoolers is the area of the i.d. of the inlet's and outlets. Our Sport-SMICs used 0.065" wall thickness tubing with an i.d. of 1.87". If you have the cast endtanks with the integral IO pipes, the wall thickness of a casting is significantly thicker, leading to a smaller i.d. of the port. If this is the case with yours, the flow will be less than our Sport-SMICs.
